We received a call from a large commercial site that consisted of a series of buildings. They mentioned that squirrels and birds had been using one of the buildings for quite awhile. Upon inspection nesting material for birds was found in the attic space and two gabled vents along with an exposed chimney were to blame. A shelf was installed below the vents and traps were placed to capture squirrels. After a few days five squirrels were caught and removed. Custom vent covers were then installed and a stainless steel chimney cap was attached to the top of the chimney.
