A subcontractor had contacted us via email to set up an inspection of a client’s home immediately. The client unfortunately had removed the screens to her bedroom window after she woke up to a bat flying around her room. The bat had flown out and because of this she had to go in for Rabies vaccination. We were called to go in and inspect the house. After a short search of the inside attic it was determined that bats were roosting. Additionally when we searched the bedroom a small piece of bat poop was discovered inside the attached bathroom light fixture. When it was removed a small access point from the attic was discovered thus revealing how the bat had entered the bedroom. An outside inspection was then performed revealing a few entry ways and vulnerable areas. A quote was given which was quickly accepted. Immediately after exclusion work began.
